DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - A man convicted of killing another man in Wapello County has lost another appeal. Kenny Hemm was accused of killing Larry Pippenger, of Eldon, in 2000 and setting fires to destroy the evidence. Pippenger, a paraplegic, was found in a burning car near Eldon.
