Waldo-area hit-and-run victim dies

The victim of a hit and run traffic incident Wednesday in the Waldo area died this morning, Kansas City police said. Police said that 56-year-old Paul Allegri was struck by a vehicle about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at 77th Terrace and Main Street.
